hello to pumpkin fans everywhere,

let me take a moment to thank everyone who came out to see us play on the arising! tour…the support and love at the shows was overwhelming to us…

it was great to play together again as a fearsome and loathsome foursome…

we hope you liked some of the new songs…as usual there are many more songs yet to come…to those of you who didn't get to see the tour, or better yet the detroit st. andrews hall live webcast…I'm happy to announce that we are going to have downloadable versions of the first three songs…i am one, zero, and pug (sorry no la dolly vita, it wasn't very good that night) for you, available for a limited time starting April 30 at 5:00 PM …sorry to everyone who didn't get on that night but we had 268,000 people trying to watch…in addition to the live footage we'll have 35mm photos of the first show taken by avana pea …the energy in detroit that night was amazing, so we hope you get a chance to watch it…we're also proud to announce that we will have the arising tour poster and shirt, plus a special limited edition of 500 of another tour poster and t-shirt design for sale exclusively thru the smashing pumpkins.com website…
